Shipping policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

We use one of these carriers: DAO/DHL/PostNord.

Shipping out will start on the 15th of April.
However, the stock is limited and if you choose to proceed with your order, we will ship it out on the 15th of April from our warehouse in Sweden.
Note: To show our appreciation for your patience, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your purchase.

After the 15th of April, all orders are processed within the Same Business day -before shipping deadlines- and up to Two (2) business days.
However, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

All orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. 
All orders placed on holidays are dispatched on the next business-day Before 17:30

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free Shipping

FREE SHIPPING over Euro 49.

There is FREE shipping to addresses in Sweden for purchases of Euro 50 and more. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost may vary depending on the carrier you choose.

You have the option of choosing delivery to your private address, a company address or to shop near you.

We offer the following delivery options:

  1. HOME – Delivery to private address.
  2. SHOP – Delivery to a parcel shop near you.

    Note: In some cases, where the package is quite big or high cost, we ship it to a shop for safety reasons.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
